It's October 1st already, where has this year gone? I'm not really in the mood to blog tonight so it's going to be a really quick one..
Weigh today - 10stone 2lbs - so lost another 1lb. slow and steady is the way to go eh..
Breakfast Usual yoghurt and fruit.
Lunch: No pic but left over's from last nights dinner.
Dinner: fried upside egg - I don't like egg yolk, so it's flipped
over to cook it through, baked beans, tinned tomatoes and some slimming
world chips. Followed by a Muller Lite yoghurt.
I've also had a banana today.
Drinks, well not many drinks today, too busy working!! 3 cups of tea, a large glass of flavoured water and a coffee..
