Tonight my friend and I tried Powerhoop, it's an exercise class using a weighted hula hoop. So today's food: Green dayBreakfast: The same breakfast as every morning.
Lunch: Ham Omlette, followed by a Muller lite
Dinner: Chick pea Curry. so this had chick peas, spinach, onions, new potatoes, tinned tomatoes, a little bit of pineapple, salt, pepper and indian spices. Served with brown rice.
