Run Day
7.5 mile run 541 calories burnt, not a bad start to the day :-) oh and i picked up my Powerhoop too.. bring on the exercise..lol
Todays food.
Breakfast
: same as usual and i'm still not bored with it.
Lunch:
Batchelors rice with Boiled eggs and Tomatoes.
Dinner:
Spanish Omlette made with potato, onion and Pepper served with garden peas and steamed tomatoes.
