Boom!
Today I am going to give my husband and myself a pat on the back. We only blooming run 11 miles in the freezing cold against the wind along the coast from Kingsdown to Sandwich. This is the furthest we have ever run, BOOM!!!!
Next long run just has to be 13 miles 1/2 marathon, but not for a while.
Todays food:
Breakfast: fruit and yoghurt
Lunch: 1 rasher of bacon, tinned toms, scrambled eggs and 1/2 a roll with no butter.
Dinner: Chilli Con Carne served with a jacket potato 2 small slices of Focaccia , thin slice of cheese on my potato along with a tomato salsa.
I have been a little naughty with bread today, but I think this can be overlooked as i burnt 1203 calories today :-)
