Todays food:
Breakfast: a small serving of Fruit and Fibre with a banana, served with Skimmed Milk.
Lunch: Tuna served on a bed of Little gem lettuce, some spring onion, tomato an some beetroot
Dinner: Slimming world chips, with mini baby corn and Piri Piri chicken
Oh and I made a cake. It's a lemon sponge cake with Lemon curd in the middle. Not that I will be eating it.
It's now 20.50, I'm sat on the settee with my hubby and Marley, chilling and thinking about my achy muscles (mainly my butt) but chilling and thinking that 'Saturday Nights Alright'
