I have stuck to the healthy eating regime, but I could so eat something really sweet now, my thoughts are with the large bar of fruit & nut chocolate in the cupboard. arghhh i want to eat it..
Might just grab a fat free yoghurt instead.
So not a lot of exercise this week, just 1 long run. The weather has been a bit rubbish to go running, well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it..
Food.
Breakfast: Fruit and Yoghurt
Lunch: 2 slices of bacon, fried egg, tinned toms and baked beans
Dinner: Baked potato, 2 quorn sausages, baked beans and tomatoes. Pretty boring but was using left overs.
