Today is another day and started like this..
Breakfast - Alpen lemon Drizzle Bar
7.5 mile run - Calories burnt 776
Snacks - Banana and a peach
Drinks - Pint of no added sugar squash - water whilst on the run, 5 cups of tea with Skimmed milk, 1 litre of no added sugar squash
Lunch -
Prawn salad - large king prawn with some salad and a whole meal roll
healthy extra (1level dessert spoon of mayo light with a splash of tom
sauce on the prawns 1.5 syns
Dinner - Roast chicken (ate breast only) no added oil not even fry light - Baked potato healthy extra - Cabbage, broccoli and carrots, a splash of gravy - all free stuff except for the gravy maybe.
